WINTERFEST
MARCH 1-3, 2024
PIGEON FORGE, TN
Winterfest is a conference that is through the Church of God, focused on middle and high school students, as well as on their relationships with God. It is in Pigeon Forge Tennessee, and is accompanied with great speakers, worship bands, and food. It is a great opportunity for your teen to deepen their relationship with God at night, and hang out with friends during the days! It will be both fun and enriching.
ITINERARY
We will be leaving Friday morning at 7am, arriving in time to get checked in to our hotels, eat some dinner and go to the first night of service. Saturday will be a day spent in downtown pigeon forge and ending off with another service. We will close out the trip on Sunday with a service and the drive home.
COST
The price of winter fest will cover the price of vehicles, rooms, and the conference itself. That said, we are charging $250 a person, with a $60 deposit at registration. This however does not cover food expenses. Fundraising this year will balance between Winterfest and Fuge Camp expenses, so it is important to make sure your teen is out during fundraising if they are going to either event. It may require more fundraisers towards the second half of 2024 to balance out.
DEADLINE
While the deposit is due when you register, final total is due on January 1st, 2024.
FUGE CAMP
JULY 15-19, 2024

Our first year of Fuge camp is approaching fast, so let’s talk about it!
EXPECTATIONS
Fuge Camp is nestled in the mountains of North Carolina, with beautiful scenery, hiking trails, and fun to be had. Each teen will receive three meals a day, have two worship services, a Bible study group, plenty of tracks to go into, and tons of exciting events and challenges to have fun with! Tracks include things like: Laser tag, Volleyball, Guitar lessons, Creative Dancing, Field Games, Creative Writing, Table Games and so much more here. If one should choose, for $20 more, a child may forgo their tracks and help volunteer in the community in acts of service as well!
TRANSPORTATION
While in the past, large buses have been used for trips like this, cost efficiency is important and to make it more affordable, we will be renting vans as needed.
FINANCES
We want to be very transparent with the cost up front. In an attempt to cut costs down, we will likely be charging around $330 a child, depending on how fundraising goes throughout next year. $360 is the price of entry for Fuge Camp, hoping that through fundraising and budgeting, expenses such as travel vans will be paid for. Each child will have two meals on the car ride, and may want spending money for Camp store or the coffee shop on campus. Therefore, a total cost will be around $400 with food, lodging, travel, and camp included. This number is subject to change, but likely for the better.
DUE DATES
There is no paperwork at this time to be handed in. The due date for your deposit will be February 1st, the deposit being $100 You can send your deposit at any point using the link here. You will want to hit “Student Donation,” and donate to that specific ministry. Also, If you will add a message and say “Fuge,” that will help make sure nothing is mixed up!
